Portland Nursery needed an omnichannel payment solution (consolidated card-present and card-not-present payments) to track inventory and create a seamless experience for their customers. So Portland Nursery turned to Xsitra and Datacap.
Solution
Portland Nursery uses Xsitra retail ERP POS alongside Datacap’s omnichannel payments platform, NETePay Hosted™.
Xsitra retail ERP can be used in-store for traditional brick-and-mortar POS as well as online for e-commerce transactions.
With Xsitra Retail ERP, Portland Nursery leverages inventory and customer management modules seamlessly integrated to their POS and e-commerce platforms allowing real-time data transfers. Customers are able to purchase in-store, at remote terminals and/or online with all their customer account information immediately at hand.
As part of Datacap’s NETePay Hosted™ platform, Xsitra Retail ERP utilizes NETePay™ software (windows-based payments software) for in-store payments and Datacap’s Magento plugin for eCommerce transactions. The Magento plugin enables Xsitra users to quickly add online payments via the same payment processor they use for in-store payments.
